Balena Blu Seafood Italian Bistro

I’ve been looking forward to trying out Balena Blu for quite some time. Upon arrival the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and the menu was enticing. For starters we shared a Burrata Caprese, sadly no basil came with the caprese, nor any olive oil, this was disappointing. Great good! The owner Antonio is a true Italian and his suggestions and pairing are superb!! Highly recommend authentic Sicilian good!! Mmwah

Best carbonara in Cpt. No cream just really good guancale, spagetonnis, eggs, grana panado and parmigiano! Really recommended

This was an amazing find. The atmosphere was calm and sophisticated and the food really was extraordinary. My favorites were definitely the burata, the tiramisu and the Saigon smash cocktail (so good I had it twice). I had the seafood spaghetti which was delicious and they definitely didn't skimp on the seafood. The lobster linguini and the sirloin steak also tasted spectacular. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
