I have visited this branch at least 10 times and each time I am left dissapointed. Unfortunately, this is the closest branch to me. This one particular staff has 'I dont care ' attitude. She has on multipel occasion, ignored my requests and repeatedly takes the wrong order and I think she does it because she just doesn 't care. (I don 't understand why she is there). I think Kauai in general needs to work on their smoothies. The smoothies hardly maintain their consistency and turn into water. I ordered on UE and the peanut butter bomb smoothie tasted very bland.

I work in loop street so kauai portside is the closest to me. I'm usually really happy with the service as I'm a daily customer. However since I purchased the smoothie and coffee subscription the first two days was honestly pathetic. Yesterday I ordered two ice Americanas and was served two hot ones.
