Mai Thai Sushi Gardens

Seriously disappointed in the service I received tonight. I arrived at the restaurant and placed my order for a takeaway and was told that it would take 20 minutes to prepare my food. Needless to say I waited for an hour (which is ridiculous for any restaurant) and had to watch while 4 others who had ordered their takeaways after me got their food. The food was also definitely not worth the ludicrously long wait.

If only I had read the reviews before placing an order!!! It's 3 hours later and I am still waiting and I manager refuses to speak to me and just tells the courier that it's being prepared!!!

Took over two hours for our delivery to arrive. Terrible service. When I phoned to ask for an update on my order, the phone was put down on my ear. When sushi came, hardly any wasabi, ginger or soya sauce. No effort whatsoever put into the order. Will never order from this pathetic restaurant again. Don’t waste your time

Definitely one of my favourite sushi restaurants. I love Rock Sushi Thai in Meadowridge! A hidden gem in the South!

Really not good. This used to be our favourite restaurant. We've been away for some years and on our return to Cape Town, we drove all the way from Simons Town to get a RST takeaway, hoping to relive those great experiences of the past.
