Mcdonald's Okavango Drive-thru

Nothing changes.... McD is McD. This branch is always having issues with the drink dispenser. And they don't even offer a substitute

Not a good experience at McDonald's. I ordered a simple cheeseburger meal, the fries were ok, but the burger was so dry, with no sauce and only 1 slice of gerkin on. The other thing is, I chose to have a sit down meal, and there were a lot of Uber/Takealot and other delivery guys there in the sit down area, in and out of the toilets. Wasn't a good experience.

Bit of a shocker actually, we decided to eat in the restaurant… it wasnt too busy but as usual dominated by Uber eats drivers etc…now normally Macdonalds food is quick…we sat and waited for ages… my son had ordered an apple juice — they gave him orange juice and said sorry we gave your apple juice away and there was no more… i understand there is a dependency or a service level agreement with Uber but this would appear to be their priority and the overall experience was not good #NotRe … – show

Mc Donald's Okavango, please train your staff on how the rewards work on the app. Lost my half price discount due to lack of knowledge… NOT ON!!
