Waffles are paper thin and cover done.the kids waffles also paper then and under done. The person there just says sorry and looks at me like that's OK......time,fuel and only wasted.. Really bad customer experience. Not just myself but the customer before me. The cashier took the guys order without even properly acknowledging him and while he’s talking her colleague interrupts her and she blatantly ignores him, he walks out after a minute of not taking down his order. When she takes my order she asks me WHAT DID YOU SAY?! Never will I come back here again. Worst experience ever.
Really cool staff, I asked them to write my brothers name on his birthday cake and they were kind enough to do it! Thank you!
Absolutely shocking service. I ordered the two plain waffles with the choice of 4 toppings off ubereats and didn’t receive any toppings and just the waffles. I then called them, on the 5th time they answered and as it was a complaint the phone was out down on my ear. Will definitely not support them again and will not recommend them to any one either. I used to go here every week. Not anymore.
If i could rate this milky lane 0 stars i would have, milky lane is a great place but wow this milky lane is terrible, bad customer service and food is very bad. I ordered 2 waffles with multiple toppings, only received the waffle and had to pay full price when phoning in to complain the phone was put down while i was talking and when phoning again it would just ring… disgusting customer service
