I have a theory...In south Africa, the people make cuisine better than where you would find it at source. And this morning once again, it was proved right. Better Crepes than we had in Paris Thanks so much for the delicious, spectacular tasting crepes with great service. The wait for the table was well worth it. We had Pears Poached in Wine served with Dark Chocolate and Walnuts. Then Orange, Thyme and Zest with Flaked Almonds. Both Buckwheat Crepes.
