On Sunday evening, my wife, adult daughters, and I visited this restaurant. We were promptly seated, and our waitress was friendly and made jokes with us. I ordered the shrimp tacos, which were delicious and had plenty of shrimp. I wasn't a fan of the salad dressing, but my wife enjoyed it, so it's just a matter of personal preference. The service was excellent, and our food arrived promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
We stopped in for a cold drink and snack while visiting Camrose for a few days. We had great service, super friendly and fast. Recommend an item off the menu for us to share as we didn't want a full meal. Drinks were cold, bonus we were there during happy hour. I highly recommend stopping in for a drink and snack on the lounge side.
My friend and I, we are both from out of town were quite excited that Camrose had a Mr. Mikes Restaurant, as we were visiting on Sunday to see a play. I ordered that chicken burger , first time around, and the meal was brought to me m so greasy and overcooked ! fries looked like they had been dipped in grease as well. Okay , send back m ordered second time , fish and chips.. Fish was rock solid hard , black and again greasy and overcooked; fries still the same. send back. seriously , no manager came around to ask what the problem or issue was. Mr Mikes in Edmonton is fantastic as well as Red Deer Alberta. This was extremely disappointing .. Will not go back..
Showed up looking for dinner and was persuaded to try Happy Hour Appies instead.Lots of food for a fraction of the usual price. Was out on the patio on a warm summer afternoon so this may colour my memory.Service was very friendly, there was a minor snafu with the order and was resolved immediately and with smiles all around.Only minor criticism is the bellini I was drinking had a lot of large ice chunks in it that made it difficult to drink with a straw - and if that isn't a first world problem I don't know what is.Really, I had a lovely time and would highly recommend.
