Excellent service, innovative entrees and solid coffee bar/barista. all in all, an unexpected place in winsted, and a very pleasant surprise. all foods are local, where possible, and very high quality.

Recommend everything: atmosphere, food and service! Go!!

Really adorable spot! I love the portions of what you get. You feel so comfortable sitting down for breakfast. They did a wonderful job remodeling the establishment.

This was my first time to the Railroad Cafe. I had the conductor's bowl which was delicious. The coffee was very good as well. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The decor is imaginative and very beautifully put together. I had a great conversation with the owner who was very friendly. All around, could not have asked for a better experience. Can't wait to go back!!
