Kofuku Sushi - 서구 Canada

My go to sushi restaurant in the neighbourhood. Food is great, the fried udon noodle with tofu is delicious with lots of fresh vegetables. Takeout orders are quick and the prices are reasonable.

The server was hilarious, he had me and my partner laughing ? the food was yummy and fresh ? and there's a dope lego model there too ?

Unbelievably excellent takeaway. Got two dinner bento boxes, salmon and beef, both cooked perfectly and the tempura was still crisp when we sat down to eat! Six stars.

Kofuku Sushi is a place where you can enjoy delicious and fresh sushi, but not much else. The food is the highlight of this restaurant, as the chefs prepare a variety of dishes with high-quality ingredients and skillful techniques. The maki roles are especially tasty and satisfying, with fresh fish and every single one reflecting the love that is devoted to its preparation. The sashimi is also fresh and tender, melting in your mouth with every bite.However, the food is not enough to compensate for the poor management and neglected ambiance of the restaurant. The service is extremely slow, and the staff seem to be overwhelmed and unorganized every single time. The restaurant is also in need of a major clean up, as the decor is cluttered with random objects and running wires and irrelevant unused stuff. The minimalistic style that once gave the place a modern and elegant vibe has been ruined by the objects horded overtime, and wilted plants. The window that should offer a nice view of the street is always dirty and smudged, making the restaurant look very uninviting from outside.Again, the food is great and I have ordered/dined there more than 25 times, hence the five star rating ...
