Mr. Luo Rice Noodle House Downtown Luō Guàn Zhōng Mǐ Fěn Shì Zhōng Xīn Diàn

I really wanted it to be good because I love rice noodles but sadly the food was terrible. Noodle was over cooked, soup was bland and way too oily. It’s amazing how bad it is. I also ordered the fried tofu, which was sour and dry and flavorless at the same time. No wonder this place almost never gets customers.

Got the popcorn chicken rice bowl. It was okay. I didn't care for the service. The staff served everyone water except me for some reason. Won't go back.

Got the golden rice noodle soup with beef brisket. Too spicy for me even though ask for mild. True spicy for non spicy eater like myself. I can handle little bit but it's not enjoyable. However the rest of the ingredient topping is good n it is filling. Beef brisket is tasty n tender.They have desserts too. May come back to try their desserts.Good service too. Warming place.

The quality and portion size is mediocre for the price charged. The beef and tomato on rice didn't have real tomatoes. It was literally tomato sauce mixed with 5 pieces of beef on dry rice.
