What a great spot to spend a sunny afternoon! Patio is open from Thursday to Sunday each week. When we went, there was a nice supply of Henderson's craft beer, churros from Playa Cabana, and you could order delivery to your table from about 10 local restaurants. We had a delicious fish lunch from Mermaid, the Egyptian fish restaurant around the corner. There were good tunes on and a really friendly vibe, and people of all ages. Just note that it does take some time for the food to arrive (it's like home delivery) so keep that in mind when you come here. But if you're looking to relax on a patio (and not feel rushed) this is the place to be! TY St. Clair BIA for putting this space to such good use for the community.
I’ve always been a huge fan of these collaborative efforts, and Patio is no exception with me. They have a something for everyone, and the staff is so friendly! My personal go to is the lamb vindaloo from Ambiyan. Trust me, you won’t regret it. Cheers!
07/16 Update: upgraded to 3-stars, as I received a $20 gift card for Capocaccia as compensation for the missed order. We ordered our meal at 12:36pm (July 2 which included 2 dishes from Capocaccia: the seabass with kale (Branzino and the octopus salad (Polipo alla Griglia . (Plus we ordered a veal sandwich from Boccone. At ~1:05pm, the seabass arrived (plus the sandwich but there was no 2nd dish from Capocaccia. The server just set our order down (inside a bag without confirming we received our whole order. We thought the 2nd dish was coming later. After finishing the 1st dish, I inquired about the octopus. Apparently Capocaccia thought they delivered both dishes already. The octopus took another 30min. to arrive. We finally were able to quickly finished our lunch as we had to leave at 2pm. All in all, the food quality was very good. Excellent seabass and veal sandwich (will worth the money ... however; the late coming octopus was not great though (texture was a little soft not very tender/fresh and seafood portions and sides were ridiculously stingy in portion size considering the fine-dining price. The staff were very friendly and polite and I wish them success; they have a great concept in offering a patio experience to help vendors as well as guests but it will take time to get their act together. Come here next summer ;
You order food from nearby restaurants and they bring the food to you. More like a outdoor food court. The day we visit have some bees disturbing us, but we enjoyed the nice weather.
