Contribuisci feedbackThis place is terrible twice I didn't get all my food. The first time I ordered delivery the second take out both times I didn't get everything I ordered. Both times I was promised a gift card from the manager to make up for it the first time I didn't receive it the second time it when I did it wasn't even enough money to cover the cost of the food they didn't give me that I paid for! I suggest if you order here you check your order before you leave and don't get delivery!
My grandpa and I eat here whenever he is in town. Always have quality food and service.
Always loved this place. But lately they have been slipping in quality.
Came in around 6pm on a Sunday for dinner. Hostess was friendly and seated us right away. Then we watched our food sit under the heat lamp for over 5 minutes while our waitress was more occupied with sweeping floors. (There were only 2 other tables occupied at this time. Waitress did not check on us once food was delivered. Waited for a long time to get our check after being done eating.. only to be told our waitress had left for the night without telling us, leaving us high and dry and wasting time.Very disappointed in this location.
We ate here on March 27 in the evening. The food was average. The biggest issue was the kitchen staff was blasting music with profanity in it the entire time. I am not talking just a few words here or there, it was bad. I ended up having to play music at my table so my 3 year old and other 2 kids didn’t have to hear it the entire time. Not something I would hope for in Canal. Very disappointing.
