Dairy Queen - Canal Winchester

I didn’t catch the name of the young man at the counter when I arrived, but I must say he provided outstanding customer service. As a manager myself, I understand how challenging it can be to find good help, and I was so impressed that I actually considered hiring him on the spot! He handled several orders with enthusiasm and friendliness, and even took the time to train another employee on how to make drinks that she wasn't familiar with. He is definitely a valuable asset to the team!

This is a wonderful place! In 2019, my class and another class visited the playground, which was just a short 0.5 miles away. Afterward, we headed to the Dairy Queen next door. We went inside and ordered some food and ice cream, with the teachers covering the bill. We found lovely seats to enjoy our meal. As I recall, the place was decent, but I feel a bit sorry for them because it seems like they don’t get much business or attention.

This has to be one of the best fast food places around. It seems like most drive-thrus today get orders mixed up because employees don’t pay attention anymore, but not at this Dairy Queen. The staff here are fantastic, and the restaurant is spotless. Even after dealing with dirty restrooms elsewhere, I always find this place’s restrooms to be impeccable. The whole team is wonderful!
