Jimmy John's - Canal Winchester

Saved the day. Had to place a last minute catering order for a birthday. The staff was attentive and helpful. Store was clean, and food was great.

I’ve been eating Jimmy John’s since 2008 across multiple states. This store is hands down the worst I’ve ever experienced. This last order, I’m finding random jalapeños and peppers on my sandwich (didn’t ask for them). I’ll be taking my business to the Pickerington location from now on. I’ve yet to have an issue there.

Store is clean and employees are so happy to serve customers. Really enjoy coming here!

Closed at 6pm with no signage regarding early close.

Very disappointing. placed order on line and called after 35 minutes to check the status and was told the driver had been out for 25 minutes with other deliveries and it would be another 20-25 minutes. I called back when it had been nearly an hour after placing my order and was told he had been back 10 minutes and they were making a few orders and then it would go out. needless to say I canceled my order and will not be ordering from this location again
