Horrible Service, they need to close this location.

Walked in and was very angrily told that they have no internet could have very easily just told me this but the employee decided yelling and raising their voice at my wife and child was acceptable for simply walking in

Horrible service at the drive thru, was trying to place order with a guy a woman suddenly comes on and says wait, so we waited after several minutes we said hello and the lady got super rude said she didn't have to serve us, never will they ever receive a dime from me, this happened around 630 Thursday evening im calling corporate in the morning to complain

Chicken was super hard and tough. The wings were petrified and could not eat. And the price is way over priced.People were friendly but did nothing to correct the issues.Restroom was filthy and appeared to not being cleaned in weeks.I told them it was the worst KFC chicken I had ever had. Seemed as if they had heard it before and didn’t care.My grandson liked the mac and cheese so I gave them 2 stars.

Got 5 PC Tenders, a couple of the tenders were small, biscuit was not fresh on the hard side. Really don't feel like I got my money worth or any value. No adjustment in price even though I didn't get drink?
