Mcdonald's - Canal Winchester

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this restaurant.Tyshawn does a great job with ensuring the area is clean. I have watched him set stools on table and wipe them down, checking the trash, inside and out. He is always focus and is very polite. As a customer, you want to eat your food in a place that is inviting. It sets the right atmosphere.Darien gave great customer service. One day the store was extremely busy. I may have asked him seven times for things I needed and he never showed any hesitance in getting me what I asked for. He always smiled and asked what else could he get for me. Not sure if he is a team lead, but should be. It's always good to have people out front that knows how to smile and be courteous even when its not the best of times....John seems to well rounded, and knows his job well. He is familiar with customers. He knows what I usually orders and have it coming right out. Customers appreciate you knowing what they want. It shows [us] that they are paying attention.It seems to be a great team here. I have been in many MCD, none as clean and professional as this one. Other MCD, I see workers with pajamas on, head bonnets, crops...it makes you not want to eat there. If they put little incentive into their grooming, how much more would they put into your food?I just wanted to take a moment and expressed my view.

Most of the time fries are not fresh asked for a Mcdouble with one slice of cheese and a fish sandwich with no cheese and extra tartar sauce and received a Mcdouble with two slices of cheese and a fish sandwich with cheese and barley no tartar sauce an also have got a sandwich with two top buns.... They need to start doing a lot better specially knowing they are the only one in that area....

Consistent good food... Parking: Light on parking...never PARKED!!!

Ordered inside to go because both drive thrus were busy. Service inside was quick and efficient. Food ordered was hot and good.

I mean it's mcdonalds comfort food. One interesting feature is the order window is communicated all in AI. It understood everything I said so that's a plus. This is a glimpse of the future whether we like it or not.
