The service is disappointing, as the baristas seem to treat customers like a burden. You never feel welcome.
I lowkey won't go to any other Starbucks. Employees always have a good attitude, and the lines always go at a decent pace.
I typically wouldn't write a Google Maps review for such a brief ten-minute visit to a drive-thru, especially since most of that time was spent inching forward in the car. However, during this stop, I discovered that Starbucks now uses strawless lids, which was news to me until I received my large glass of cold water and noticed the lid. I found that I could easily drink my cold water in the car and later at Chestnut Ridge Metro Park without needing a straw. I know that environmentalists have been advocating for the reduction or elimination of plastic straws served with cold drinks, and I believe Starbucks has taken an important step forward by introducing strawless lids for their cold beverages.
This location is usually great. I went in yesterday and some of the employees were rude. I understand everyone is overworked right now but it isn't hard to be polite.
