Charlie Riedel's - Canandaigua

Flat typical Fast Food Burgers average, chicken sandwich very good. Friends were crispy nice people taking your order.

Food was good, but had to wait a while to get it and then it had to be done again because it was wrong. They only call out commands that are not written down so that it easily mixes. Overall good food, although woman does not order onions, but got a load of them on her burger they did not eat because it took a long time to get the food after she had tried to give it to someone who mixed up the orders.

Nice staff, good food, quick service. We love the outdoor pavilion because our dog is always with us. We can eat outside and enjoy beautiful views! Very recommended.

Never been to this location but have been to a Charlie's before. Burgers were great, prices are more reasonable than other popular burger places. Fries were super crispy but like most, need more salt. The inside was clean with plenty of seating and the staff was friendly and efficient. When we're in the area we'll visit again.
