Fortune Box Gungahlin Gungahlin

My daughter had a craving for congee and none of the Asian restaurants in Gungahlin had it. Fortunately, Fortune Box had it available. We ordered it through Ubereats along with Yang Chow fried rice. Both dishes were incredibly delicious. We are grateful for serving congee for my daughter.

Food was fantastic and the chef is very accommodating. On a previous visit, another chef did not cook a dish the way it was meant to be. Immediately, the resident chef offered to make a new batch for us right there and then. We were very impressed with his service. We declined his generosity. The next visit, he more than made up for it. Very impressed indeed.

The food at this restaurant was good considering the price. It offers affordable dishes of a similar quality to Wok It Up. The service was fast and the food was tasty, though it lacked a luxurious touch. However, I had a issue with the staff as they often seemed unfriendly towards me. Even when the restaurant was not busy, they would rush to serve me and hand me my food without any acknowledgment. Additionally, I noticed that they use thigh fillet chicken instead of breast meat.

This restaurant is fantastic, serving delicious homemade food. While there may be a bit of a wait for your meal, it is definitely worth it.
