Contribuisci feedbackCoffee was averaged and overpriced and I was told by the worker because I had eaten my croissant outside, which I bought without my mask, so stupid and felt like a criminal.
The service is slow and rude and eating is overpriced. though I live on site, I avoid it now and go somewhere else.
This caffe had become my favorite when it was revised in 2018. coffee was great and eating was always on place. I went several times the week and even went out of the way to get coffee from here. in February/March 2019 the management team has changed. the entire team including the big chefs and the baristas are simply disappeared and have been replaced. Since then, the thing went downhill and I am very sad to say, we don't go there anymore. do they bring back the old team and the cook! btw, does anyone know where the old team is drawn? (the team that was there until March 2019)
The front was taken over this year by new owners and the new owners have worked in some of the best caffes of canberra. that's obvious because it's eating on the spot. the caffe has a funky interior and there are several possibilities to sit. the food was beautiful and delicious presented. I can't wait to come back!
Terrible customer service, very rude staff that are clearly inept at running a cafe...i’m amazed this place hasn’t closed down. Staff gave us apalling attitude after we asked for a refund because the kitchen ran out of ingredients to make our breakfast. Very annoying after waiting 20mins for nothing. Were also given attitude when asked for our coffees to come out before our food (No idea why this was an issue? staff obviously didn’t care about customers at all and were suspiciously spaced out
