We had an issue w/the pizza we picked up. Long story short, I went back in to get a refund.I really wanted to give a shout out to Tami and Matthew, their customer service was AMAZING! Not only did Tami give me a refund but said Matthew was already in the process of making another pizza. They even upgraded it to an XL. They really took the time to make it right because of this, my family and I will definitely be back!
Never tried the food. The owners of the canby location appear to be veteran unfriendly so I would not even try and eat there. A veteran appliec for a job, when they were hiring and could not even get an interview, and yet they are still hiring? Do our veterans at least deserve an interview?I suggest all folks who support veterans boycott this establishment.
Staff were incompetent. They left my husband’s pizza out for 20 minutes and then realized they forgot about it. The guy took the pizza, realized it had been out for too long, walked it over to the oven, thought about putting it in, then instead put it back in the box and gave it to my husband without reheating it. My husband asked “is this still warm?” And the guy lied to his face saying it was. The same employee also kept blaming his female coworker for every little thing even though he was at fault for multiple things as well.
Not a veteran friendly restaurant.. such a disappointment for a small town restaurant where many veterans come from. Canby could do better!
