Don Cafeto Mar Caribe - Cancún

Great breakfast option in Tulum Centro. I visited Tulum Centro a couple of days ago while staying in the Zone Hotelera. Our taxi driver recommended Don Cafeto and she wasn't wrong about it. We had a great breakfast at a reasonable price (considering comparable options in Tulum). My wife ordered pancakes and eggs and I ordered the Aztecan Breakfast (chilaquiles with carne asada). Both were delicious. The coffee was also very good. I recommend this place if you are looking for breakfast options outside the hotel restaurants and try real local food.

Nice family style restaurant on Tulum’s main street. We had a delicious breakfast for two for $32USD. Very clean environment with fast-friendly service. They do not accept credit cards, USD cash payment change is returned in pesos. Taxi from the beach area $20USD.

This is the best place for breakfast in Tulum hands-down you may have to wait a little, but it’s well worth the wait the food is outstanding and the service is excellent.

Best atmosphere! Seems like a family restaurant and the food is delicious! Everyone was having a great time (staff and guests) dancing and singing to the live music. Perfect for lunch!

Comida mexicana riquísima!! Nos llevó un taxista local tras la visita a las ruinas de Tulum y en medio de una tormenta tropical :-( La atención del personal fue buenísima y nos sirvieron uno de los mejores bocados de nuestro viaje a México. Comimos tortitas con pollo, guacamole, frijoles y unos encurtidos deliciosos!! Deseando volver algún día!!!
