La Troje - Cancún

Food is ok. Menu is extensive. Don’t be surprised when your meal costs $2 or $3 more! Not right , in my opinion.

This is a wonderful restaurant which has a variety of excellent food. We love the chicken with a poblano sauce....truly delicious and gourmet quality: and less than 200 pesos (I think 175 pesos). And, as I 'm always trying to diet a little because we spend so much time traveling, they also have the best salads. My favorite it the Gina which has baby spinach, watercress, apples, tomatoes, avocado, grilled chicken, asparagus, and Roquefort, with a delicious salad dressing. You can eat outside on a deck, patio, or inside. We have been going for years and is one of our favorites. Service is very prompt by waiters who have been there for several years. Enjoy!!

We called in and made a reservation ahead of time because we were going with a baby and brought the stroller. We were placed right next to the bar where the place was not so clean, so much noise from the blender and kept getting the baby scared. The service was really bad. We asked to be placed at a different table but they didn't. The Food however was excellent! We enjoyed the steaks and salads. The sangria was amazing! Definately a place for take out but not a place I want to sit and eat at.

We had the special fillet steak and a pasta. Both were excellent. Service can be a bit hot and miss but the food and the prices make this OK. Many Mexican people arrive and have their cars parked by the valet. We are in Cancun for 6 weeks and we intend to make this a Tuesday evening destination

This is a Cancun Staple it has teh best saldas in town hands down, a locals favorite and busy nights are a testament of the quality of these place
