Los Murales - Cancún

Almorzamos aquí el sábado 4 de febrero y el lunes 6 de 2017. Estamos alojados aquí en el Royal Islander. El servicio fue regular, la comida estuvo bien. Yo pedí tacos de pescado el primer día y una ensalada de chef la segunda vez. Mi esposa pidió una hamburguesa con queso y dedos de pollo, respectivamente. Buen sabor en general, pero no excelente.

Este restaurante es conveniente debido a la falta de opciones cercanas en el hotel. El desayuno buffet es excelente (las opciones mexicanas son mejores que las americanas o europeas), pero la cena es aburrida y solo está bien en cuanto a sabor. La sopa de lima es genial.

Esta bueno el lugar, te atienden bien, como un restaurant de primer nivel La presentación de los platos es excelente. Pero toda la carta está basada en pescados y frutos de mar, básicamente de allí no sale, y el tema es que es el único restaurant (no buffet) que tiene el hotel. Nos gustó, pero no volvimos, solo para una vez.

I have been dining here for several years and I must say each year it's get better and better. Our waiter Henry Ortiz is a fabulous waiter, but even a better a person. He is very attentive and understands my family, speaks incredible English and explains the dishes on a nightly basis. I have tried several dishes all very good. The tuna taste, smoked marlin are great appetizers. I honestly have not had a bad meal yet. I want to personally thank Henry for making out dinners very enjoyable. Our family hopes to see you next year again!!

We enjoy the friendly service, relaxing ambiance and delicious food. The staff makes our dining experience more enjoyable every time. They have a wonderful guitarist every night, who even plays requests at your table making us feel even more special. We stayed 22 days this time and tried to get reservations every night. This unfortunately is the worst part of the total experience. We called first thing in the morning, when the reservations desk opened only to be told the restaurant was full several days in a row. However it is worth the wait.
