Paid for a bowl of chicken noodle soup that was not in the bag!!! Fries box was half full as if someone ate half of them. And can’t get anyone on the phone. After I get home I realize some items were missing unbelievable
I wanted a child's meal with a cup instead of riding for my son. I've specifically asked for no apples and oranges because he's allergic. they still gave me a regular fruit dish and tell me that they can't make substitutions when I come here daily and order the same for my son, I gave it back and asked for a refund. when did the rules change? so do we no longer place special requirements on allergens? I will never return to any Chick-fil-A, because people with allergens do not play a role. it is also a scandal that I must go all the way to atlanta to replace the eating of my cream. make them better like the bill Kenndy and memorial drive in atlanta.
This is my first time at this place, and I have to say that eating was excellent. what I fight with it is how the journey is designed by most Chick-fil-A. the work of the workers is tirelessly outside the hot sun (kudos to them.) secoundly speaking from my perspective, this does not make the lines move faster because the lines around the building are wounded. I'm just saying:
I placed an order through chic fil a one delivery. Called and spoke with a chic fil a employee who I asked if my drink would be sealed with a sticker or even put in a bag like other restaurants do with deliveries. She asked for my name and said “yes, I’ll put a sticker on it”. Gets here and it’s not at all. call and speak with a manager named Zaria/Saria?? to let her know this and she kept saying it’s a door dash problem. No , YOUR employee didn’t follow instructions. I don’t need doordash credit because I don’t use door dash and the issue was from your employee. She then said that they don’t put stickers on drinks. She then asked around and said the employee said she did put a sticker on there (which is a lie) so delivery must’ve taken it off. …I’m literally looking at the cup. There is no sticker nor sticker residue. Told her that. She gets an attitude and starts talking over me and refuses to compensate me for the inconvenience that’s made on THEIR end. My company orders from here on the regular for years. Chic fil a earned over 1.2 billion in revenue but can’t compensate a couple dollars and rather lose out on customers and partnerships, get poor reviews, etc. over a couple of dollars due to their lack of service and professionalism. Completely unacceptable and I will be escalating this even further. It’s not even about a couple dollars. It’s about the principle and the nasty attitude along with lack of service.
