Doc Brown's Bbq - Candler

I have heard good things about this place over the years and finally made my way there to try. I have the pulled pork plate with herb and mac and cheesecake. My significant other got the same but with baked beans instead of collar. We also got some spare ribs on the side, bigger than I thought they were a really good thing at $3. I also picked up some of her Brunswick stew to try home later. The whole food was fantastic, pork was incredibly tender and damp without overwhelming spice on it. Mac and cheesecake was amazing, the best I had in every restaurant. Would eat again. Small thing, but worth noting: you have a parking lot, so you can roll free here and get food. You also have a drive thru available.

I was pleasantly surprised to find beef ribs on the menu. The two large, meaty ribs were absolutely delicious! They had a great bark and flavor, and were incredibly moist. These beef ribs were definitely of Texas quality. I also tried a small portion of their brisket, which was outstanding. If you're looking for a hearty BBQ meal, this place has you covered. The waitress was also very friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely be returning.

The brisket is slowly cooked with delicate intentions and scurry burned ends galore. On the side, Mac and Cheesecake is tanned to perfection, certifiable lip smackin-crushed greens not sit but for a minute, and a structural-sounding taste Powerhouse of a Cornbread Muffin with a complex sweetness and this wonderful edges is so a treat!

The grill at this restaurant is large. The chicken was very juicy. The pulled pork sandwiches are packed with delicious meat.

The BBQ was good, the collards were good. The brisket and was some of the best we've ever had and worth the trip here just for that. Mac n Cheese were also very good. Also a surprise was the corn bread which was moist and delicious with just a tiny bit of char.. It's hard to find good corn bread(even though it's easy to make, most places ruin it). Will be back!
