Le Caraibe - Canet-en-Roussillon

I don't know why, I moved to the table with a slight a priori. Not being the reception a little cold... We command, 1 carbo pates, 1 persilated calamars and 1 entire dorade (Morning Fraiche). We're waiting half an hour... Indeed, after half an hour, here are the plates that come. The plates are greedy. They learned that the dishes were as good as beautiful! We ate very well, satisfied, we will not taste desserts... Thanks and bravo has the team!

Personally, I don't understand a few comments. The dishes are good, there is a little waiting, but what is more normal in the middle of the season. The staff is adorable, we just celebrated my daughter's birthday with a cake that I brought back, they sang the restaurant, lit the candles, deposited the cake by the boss, they were not obliged. It was lovely for them, my daughter was delighted. We will come back with great pleasure next year.

Nice atmosphere with karaoke evenings sometimes. Good, simple and delicious meal.

Very well eaten. Excellent semi-cooked tuna, excellent cuttlefish with garlic, tasty ice cream. The server was very kind and gave very good advice. Well done
