They mess up orders often, but are always nice about fixing them

When you order from Dunkin, you never really know if it's going to be right. They definitely got my coffee right!

Waited in the drive-thru for awhile. Coffee received was cold. Unfortunately didnt have time to wait again to get hot coffee

This used to be my go-to Dunkin but I?ve noticed the quality of employees here has massively gone downhill. My order is almost always wrong now and they are so slow. I was the only one in the drive thru and waited 6 minutes for a latte and it came out thewrong size. Then I waited 3 more minutes and it was made horribly like 80% milk 20% coffee. Very disappointing

Horrible. Twice now I've ordered ahead and gone to find a closed lobby and line wrapped onto 224. Lost my $5 twice.One day they actually claimed to out of regular hot coffee.
