Olive Garden - Canfield

The shrimp and peppers appetizer was good. Sirloin steak and Alfredo noodles not bad, a little dry but still good. Shrimp scampi was good, as was the chocolate mousse cake.

My husband and I went on a Sunday. There's was no wait to get in and we were able to be seated immediately. Our waiter, Phil, was courteous, attentive and he attended to any need we may have had. We enjoyed the ample dinner portions and even took some home. Even the scrumptious dessert was large enough for us to share and have some leftover. Phil not only brought us take home containers, but he also filled the containers with our leftovers for us. Wonderful experience all around.

We brought a 7 top and it only took about 10 minutes on a Sunday evening to get seated. My drink was the only thing about out meal that was not good (I'd advise against the Raspberry lemonade, very watery) but beyond that, the meals were incredible. I ordered the tour of Italy, and finished every bite. If you're in the area and feeling like Italian food, this place comes recommended fairly highly.

Fortunately, we didn’t have to wait long for another table, and we were greeted by an incredibly sweet waitress named Zoey. She had a fantastic personality and was very kind, offering great recommendations. She consistently checked on us and made sure our drinks were refilled without us even having to ask. Her attentiveness and impressive customer service truly stood out, and I sincerely hope the manager recognizes her efforts. The manager himself was also delightful, coming over to check on us a few times. Despite the crowd, the staff maintained exceptional service and handled the pressure beautifully. While our visit started off a bit bumpy, it’s important to remember that everyone makes mistakes; we’re all human. I’m not sure I could have managed the situation as well as they did. Overall, the food and service were incredible, and we left very satisfied. Great job to the team tonight!

We had a wonderful experience at our local Olive Garden. The service was excellent—definitely ask for Kelley, as our drinks were never empty. The food was delicious! We tried the stuffed ziti appetizer and will definitely order that again. We also had the stuffed shells and a build-your-own pasta with creamy mushroom sauce. Everything was served hot and promptly. The gnocchi soup was incredible. Overall, it was a fantastic outing!
