Phuong Nam Noodle House

This place is a paradise for crispy skin chicken lovers. I first tasted the Vietnamese style crispy skin chicken in Vietnam a few years ago, but I've learned that the best versions are found in Canley Vale and Cabramatta. Phuong Nam stands out as the top choice, and their curry selections are also fantastic.

Excellent crispy skin chicken and noodle place in Canley Heights. Got the signature crispy fried chicken with egg noodles in soup... did not disappoint! Chicken was amazingly succulent covered in super tasty crispy skin. Soup base was had a good array of herbs and garlic, with all the usual accompaniments to custom suit your tastes. (Chilli oil and hoisin)Served with excellent tea it was just what the doctor ordered on a cold winters day.
