Marra's Way Sushi - Canmore

The sushi was average. The various menu choices were generic at best and showed little creativity or interest. The ingredients seemed reasonably fresh. The assembly left a little to be desired. The rice was very crumbly and did not hold the rolls or nigiri together at all. Presentation was also a bit lacking - which is part of the sushi experience. I'd consider it at best to be the same quality you would find at a chain restaurant like Tokyo Express or Edo Japan. It's not bad and works when you have a strong sushi craving. But there is certainly much better sushi to be had, especially if you've experienced the best Calgary or Edmonton (or any other large cities) have to offer.

I absolutely adore Marra's sushi. I have been a loyal customer for years now. The servers and chefs are always very welcoming and friendly. My go-to dish is the Salmon nigiri, which is always delicious.

Quick, affordable (by Canmore standards), and laid-back.

I came across an advertisement in the newspaper for a limited-time all-you-can-eat deal at this restaurant, so my friends and I decided to give it a try. The set price was $24 per person.
