Very helpful server that knew all Allergen info from heart. Used a clean shovel and took from a new part of the ice. Very well known about many allergies. The best ice cream I've ever had. I had a tub of Stracciatella and it was incredible! No artificial aromas or colors, all tubs / Poons compostable. Very interesting information about allergies and CC. Amazing!!! There are a few in town. Not sure what's so good for gluten knowledge.
