The Tropezienne raspberry tart is heavenly, a pastry I wish I could start (and end) every day with. Heavy with custard and raspberries, it’s the perfect balance of creaminess, raspberry tartness, and cakey bread. We squeezed in a raspberry macaroon pastry as well, and it was also a perfection of texture, flavor and substance. Tip: the packaging is a bit excessive, so if you plan to eat your dessert immediately, perhaps ask for it on a napkin instead of in a box.
