Service was friendly and food was excellent. The wine (Rose) was very good and seems to be a local choice. Fish soup was nice. My favorite part was the Creme Brullet.
The service here was a bit on the slow side, but the food made it well worth stopping by. The bruschetta was delicious as was the gnocchi (yes, gnocchi in France) with melted buffalo mozzarella. We also enjoyed a glass of Prosecco (and would have had a second each but the waiter forgot it!) and the best apple tart I've ever had. Wandering the quaint streets in what I assume is the older part of Cannes, away from the designer stores and the film festival tents, was a lovely experience and led us to this great restaurant. Well priced (we chose the set menu), with generous portions and delicious food, it's worth a visit.
We were supposed to be 4 we end up being 18. The owner accommodated us with a lovely smile and we had a great diner and a great night. I had a great time and will go again next time i'm in Cannes, no doubt.
Cosy and esthetic place. Interesting menu. Very pleasant service and delicious food. Strongly recommended!
