Full House - Cannock Chase

Placed an order for £55, after waiting for 90 minutes I rang to ask how long the order would be. When the phone was eventually answered I was told they were on holidayfor 2 weeks but they had taken the money out of my account. Absolutely disgusting. The site says they are open.

This used to be our favourite Chinese but recently has gone massively down hill. Last time we ordered they forgot to put in the items we ordered, after phoning up we were told “oh so you want us to bring up the missing items then?” After an hour we finally got our items after all our food was cold, the woman delivering was also extremely rude. No refund or anything was offered, just all round awful service and we won’t be using again.

1st time I've ever ordered from here .. we ordered early evening and arrived within 20 minutes , all food was red hot. I can't fault it Thank you
