Mims Moms Coffee - Cannock Chase

The service and food/drinks were absolutely delightful at this restaurant. However, during my catch up with a friend, a person who I assumed was the owner or manager abruptly came over to our table and slammed a reserved card down. I was taken aback and made to feel uncomfortable and rushed. The experience was further solidified when a server came over to take our order before we were ready, only to be followed by another server doing the same. The staff was apologetic and gave us more time, but unfortunately, we observed other uncomfortable situations with the staff. Despite these issues, the food and drinks were delicious.

I highly recommend Mims Moms for any special occasions. The food is exceptional, the service is outstanding, and it is truly the best café/coffee/tea room in the West Midlands. The restaurant is wheelchair friendly and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Thank you to Carol and her team at Mims Moms, we will definitely be returning.

I made a reservation for afternoon tea at Mims, but when we arrived, we were extremely disappointed with what was on the table. The selection of cakes was subpar and there were very few white bread sandwiches with low-quality fillings. We had booked for my partner's birthday and since he normally only eats brown bread, he did not touch the sandwiches. The price for this was £50, so my partner decided to forgo the Prosecco to try and reduce the cost. The afternoon tea looked nothing like the photos on the website. We will definitely not be returning as we have been to many places for afternoon tea and this experience did not even come close to comparing.

Baby Shower afternoon tea for 20 people. Excellent all round. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely and fresh. Cakes were fabulous. Definitely would recommend. Thank you to the team
