The special waffle was ingrown with pear and house made sauce could stop to raving about how it had the best she had?d ever had. The whipped cream was so delish and the raspberry jam was amazing. As other people noticed, the money is just there? An atm over the street that calculates a fee of $3 if you are delivered empty.
To be fair, that was our second breakfast of the day, but we were told by an older woman who walked her dog that this was the *just* good breakfast in the city. I don't think she was right, but I'm sure we stuffed in a second meal before noon. There was a long line outside Lazy Susan, but we sat within ten minutes. Although we were a party of two, we sat at a full dining table. PRO TIP: Here is only CASH. Since we had only $36 in cash for us, we had to spend under this amount to stay away from an ATM (there is not one inside). So we simply share the peasant omelet and got a side of Bacon (which was great) and a coffee. There were many other options that looked good. For example, the Marionberry scenes we saw on our way out looked amazing. If we had only a few extra dollars. I think this place is a Cannon Beach stop, and for good reason. The decor is eclectic, but coastline. the food was amazing and very fresh. I like our Omelet came in IT with potatoes. That was a subtle twist that I really liked. Come with cash and empty stomach.
If Susan works here, she is definitely not lazy, but hard to make everything delicious for her guests! John's special poached eggs, My Favorite Omelette, Pesant Omelette and Waffle special with? were all delicious. Marionberry-Scoone was also very good, not too sweet and just the right tartness and consistency. Indoor outdoor food, but expect to wait up to an hour during the bump. Waitstaff friendly, attentive, prompt; free parking on the back, limited but free parking on the front; entrance is not on the main road (N. Hemlock) but shield is visible from the road; CASH ONLY (if it is still legal); come here if you are looking for a delicious breakfast / brunch option at Cannon Beach?
My friend and I both ordered the vegetarian eggs Benedict without tomatoes. She had tomatoes. The meal was great. What really came out was the service, our server was so incredibly friendly. The food came out in time and the place was super clean. The whole ambience was also very beautiful, many nice photos and decor. A beautiful visit!
Lazy Susan?s seems to be a stable, well-run restaurant with a loyal clientele. We are always greeted warmly and seated right away. It?s a tiny, cozy little space with such good service and food. We always return! The mushroom and cheese omelette was excellent and the fresh berry scone warm from the oven was heavenly ??
