Macgregor's Of Cannon Beach

My sister, brother-in-law, and I visited here on a cold November night. It was so idyllic and cute. The atmosphere is just unmatched. Great drinks and don't forget to get a desert. We had a toffee cake with sticky date sauce along with our whiskey drinks. Seriously amazing! I think about it constantly haha! I will absolutely be returning.

We loved this small pub. The charcuterie boards and lobster bisque were delicious, and I highly recommend both! My wife had a Mac's Old Fashioned and a Haystack, both of which she really liked. The music was a top-notch classic rock playlist, and the vibe was extremely chill. All the guys who work there seemed friendly and eager to please.

A must visit for the whiskey lover when in Cannon Beach. Great outdoor seating (indoor is nice too). Friendly and knowledgable service, great selection of scotch, whiskey and bourbon what's your pleasure. They also have cocktails and wine. Highly recommend creating your own tasting flight, just tell them what you like and your budget (mine was $45), they'll hook you up. I've been to the Manzanita location too and I think I like this one better but both are great.

Our food was tasty.but was more interested in their craft cocktails as I am a sucker for a great drink. I think if I had straight booze it would’ve been ok because the sugared rim wasn’t enough to compensate for the straight lemon juice used as the mixer. It was tasty but extremely sour so much so that I couldn’t finish my drink. With that said, I’d consider going back for the food and perhaps a glass of wine as the outdoor set up was cute and staff was friendly.
