Carl's Jr. - Canoga Park

I will like to give 5 but the last iime I was there. The LATINO cashier dont treat me good. I visit this place 2 oh 3 times a week. I always pay with coupons. The cashier always give me the advice to use only 2 cupons por visit. This time i bring it and the cashier say he only can take 1 cupons. I tell it they always receive 2 cupons per visit. When i receive the food i ask for ranch and ketsup. Only get a ranch they say they out of ketsup. I belive the cashier take revanche because i argument about the cupons... The sad thing I am from Mexico.. and the cashier for sure its Mexican too. NO WONDER THIS PLACE ITS EMPY...

I love Carl's Jr. But this particular one has dumb employees sorry to say that but they do not know how to do there job well they always get my orders wrong and have trouble understanding English. This is a subjective review.

Came for a meet with my brother and mother. Ordered chicken tenders...none. Chicken sandwich...none. Onion rings...none. Criscut fries...none. Server didn't know what they had in inventory. Not a happy situation.

That 's why they have 2 stars. This morning around 11:30 am I went through the drive through I waited at least 8 minutes in the front of the ordering box and no one helped me so I didn 't get to order until I got to the window. To my surprise the woman who could barely speak English was so abusive to me, rushing me to order even snapping her fingers at me and saying what do you want OMG! I couldn 't believe how rude she was being, instead of saying, I 'm sorry for the wait, what would you like to order? This was my favorite Carl 's sometimes they didn 't have what I wanted and I was like, no problem but they had been nice. The worst part is that this wave hair brunette, heavy set woman was a MANAGER!!! or so I believe, she was not wearing a name tag but she was wearing a striped top wearing an apron. Any way I will never go back and I think Carl 's Jr. shouldn 't have people working there that are so abusive!!! If I could I give the restaurant 0 stars I would. And it didn 't matter that she could barely speak English, I ended up speaking to her in Spanish as best I could, but that didn 't help the toxic situation either.

They never gave whipped cream, the cashiers ignore the in store customers for the drive through customers. But the ice cream is always on par
