The Cheesecake Factory - Canoga Park

Had the great experience to have daryl b as our server. wow, what an incredible man. he was top notch. I can't say enough about the experience with daryl. they don't make people like that anymore. he should train customer service. he did our day. please ask for daryl b.

Great place to have a nice dinner every day. the prices are reasonable. my favorite is the huhn madeira and the chocolate hazelnut cheesecake dessert. Unfortunately, they got rid of this cheesecake so I can get the salted caramel cheesecake!

Our server was in order, but it took them a very long time to prepare our meals. we had dinner reservations for 7:30p, everyone was on time, but we got our meals only after 8:30 clock and the restaurant was not packed. this was the only disappointing thing, but the raspberry lemonade drop and key lime cheesecake for it. if you want to get the best for her money, order an salat. the portions are huge!

Always a great time at cheesecake factory. on Friday to lunch and I could say that the waiting staff was short. but they didn't let it deter their performance. they shook and got it and delivered it! great effort, delicious eating, good atmosphere. recommend them only here for special occasions, but splurging on these occasions. drinks, appetizers, deer and dessert. all make a great time!

This is the worst Cheesecake Factory ever. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. The food came out cold. We never saw our waiter again after he took our order. The food was so dry we had to ask for more sauce but that took another 20 minutes and by that time we were over it. I understand you’re busy and the kitchen is backed up. Maybe you should not take in more customers if you can’t handle the ones sitting at a table ordering. I give this location a absolute zero.
