The Itty Bitty Bakery - Cañon City

Despite the website indicating that the restaurant is open, the door sign displaying "open," and the hours list suggesting the same, I found the door locked upon arrival and no staff present. After trying to call, I received a voicemail informing me that they are actually closed for the week.

This is the only place where I can find my favorite soft ginger cookies!

The gluten-free high time cake was the best cake I've ever had!

Staff was friendly. Everything tasted fresh. Go early as I went close to 2pm and most items were gone. Limited parking in front of the shop
