Mcdonald's - Canterbury

The food was tasty, the staff were friendly, but the McDonald's app was a disappointment. The wifi was weak and there was no signal, making it impossible to order through the app. I had to use the self-service kiosk to place my order, but didn't receive a receipt due to the lack of wifi and signal. I reached out to customer service for help, but they were unable to assist. If you plan on dining in at McDonald's in Canterbury, it may be best to just delete the app.

After a terrible morning, I sat in McDonald's when the manager brought me a free coffee, checking to see if I was okay. My faith in humanity is restored after this act of kindness. What a lovely man, thank you xxx.

The staff at the counter were ok, but in the background I could hear someone who appeared to be a manager being very disrespectful to the employees. They were almost yelling at them, being rude and sarcastic. They used phrases like "it's not difficult, is it?" and "are you stupid?" Not the kind of behavior you want to witness when you're just trying to grab breakfast. I considered asking to speak to them, but I decided against it because they seemed like a bully and I didn't want to make things worse for the staff.

I would do zero as I got no food. Waited 15 mins then went up as my order didn't get called. Guess it went missing so got my money back. I paid by card and they gave me cash back. Waste of time. McDonalds cannot handle all the bike pickups and in person customers.

This restaurant is brilliant if you want to sit in and order table service on your phone that service is fast and the staff that bring it to the table are very friendly and helpful however if you order at the counter you will wait ages and receive bad service including a sh#tty attitude from the staff slamming your food into your hand aggressively and deliberately not adding sauces etc delivery is also not recommended as your food will come all smashed up with several items missing so I'd say 1/10 for takeaway or delivery and a 10/10 for the fantastic table service
