Salt - Canterbury

I recently dined at Salt in Canterbury and was pleasantly surprised by the unique dining experience it offered. The restaurant not only serves delicious British dishes made with high-quality ingredients, but also offers a different approach to dining with its small plates designed for sharing. It's like British tapas and it really works. The only downside was that we realized eating the dishes in a different order would have enhanced our experience. For example, starting with my favorite dish of the meal - scallops with blood orange salsa and fresh potatoes - could have made a difference. Overall, Salt is a great spot for those looking for something a little out of the ordinary.
