The staff at both the ordering and delivery windows were courteous, and everything was handled quickly without any delays. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. Overall, my family, including two children, thoroughly enjoyed our meal. As the saying goes, "the proof of the pudding is in the eating!" I encourage everyone to visit and experience it for themselves.
This Arby's is generally quite good. I've had a few orders that were messed up in the past, and their hours can be inconsistent, but given how frequently I've visited and enjoyed a really good meal there, I can't complain too much.
I visited the drive-thru and ordered three snack packs and some fries. When the employee asked if I wanted to make a donation, I politely declined, saying "no thank you" and that I might consider it another time. When I reached the window to pick up my order, the woman didn’t even bend down slightly to hand it to me. I struggled to reach the food, even after unbuckling my seatbelt. She chuckled at my predicament, so I had to open my car door and get out to grab my order. I couldn't help but wonder if her behavior was due to my appearance or my decision not to donate. At the very least, she could have stretched her arm out a little more or leaned forward. The way she looked at me was quite unpleasant. Overall, I had a disappointing experience at the Arby's on Michigan Avenue.
Lots of advertising sent me here for the $5 boneless wings/fries. They did a good job. The sauce was a true buffalo hot wing sauce. The portion was 5 large boneless wings and lots of fries for only $5.
