Ben Jerry's - Canton

We made sure to leave her a tip for her efforts, as she definitely deserved it. However, I feel it's unfair for Ben and Jerry's to put their employees in such a challenging position during peak hours. We noticed another person in the back, but they didn’t come out to assist Ella. I’m giving this experience four stars, primarily due to Ella’s outstanding service. I believe that Ben and Jerry’s should ensure their employees have adequate support during busy shifts, as handling everything alone can be very stressful. I hope they take steps to better support their staff in the future.

A large had the same amount as a small, staff was rude to my child when he was trying to order almost as if we were bothering her. One of the berry sherbets that we orders had a mix of cookie dough and chocolate chips in it. At this point I’d recommend going to j fosters.

The staff is fantastic, and the flavors are enjoyable—exactly what you would expect from a well-run Ben & Jerry's. That's why I'm giving it a 5-star rating. I don't think the franchise owner is responsible for the ridiculously high prices (that seems to be more of a decision from Unilever trying to maximize profits), so I'm not holding it against this location. However, it's worth mentioning that a single scoop of ice cream currently costs $6.50, and a pre-packaged pint is $8. Before you head in, you might want to consider taking out a mortgage. If your child is thinking about college, perhaps you should consider in-state or technical school instead. I’m not sure how much spare organs are going for these days, but that could be an option too. Just make sure you're prepared before you visit, because this will definitely cost you!

Shame on the management for only staffing one employee on a holiday weekend. There's a line out the door and the employee is doing the best she can. That's really unfair to her and me as a customer. The ice cream is good, though.
