Contribuisci feedbackI have to say, the service was quite disappointing. My family was seated promptly, and the server came to take our drink orders, but that was the highlight of the experience. Out of five of us, only three received their food, and it took quite a while. My sandwich was not made correctly, and we waited a staggering 45 minutes for our ordered meals, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The server came by multiple times to apologize, insisting it wasn’t taking too long. They served the other two people in our group while we were still waiting, but they declined to start eating without us. Eventually, someone else besides our server brought out our meals, but we waited an additional 15 minutes beyond that. Throughout this frustrating experience, we were never offered any adjustments to our bill or gift cards. As a result, three of us were left watching the other two eat while we had been finished for a long time. It seems like there's a 50/50 chance that someone else might have a better experience. I also noticed that the kitchen looked overwhelmed as we could see inside. On top of everything, the men's restroom was unclean and was out of paper towels. Overall, I can't say I would recommend this place based on our visit.
Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of BW3's unless I'm getting their traditional wings; their food quality is quite disappointing. The ingredients seem to be of high quality, yet the prices are surprisingly high. It left me wondering if I really got my money's worth.
Rude service! I wish there were 0 stars. my daughter cleaned her mother and her brother to eat, hoping to have a decent dinner. I ordered wings were extremely dry and the half was burned (unbar,) we saw our waitress on our order then for our check. will not come back. get it together!
Unfortunately, we felt like the server was not very attentive. Also, when we went to pay with a gift card, we were told we had to call the number on the card to get the exact card balance or they couldn't process the card. It was a bit hard to hear when I called to get the balance because of the volume of the TV playing. I was shocked that I was asked to make an extra step to call for the balance and that their system is not able to process a gift card and determine the value. I shared my feedback with the manager who did not even apologize for my disappointment in my experience.
Wings are great. Service is ok. Could use a little more help.. nobody wants to sit for 20 mins before getting a menu wile staff chatted with each other. There were only a couple people at that time already eating. Other then that great wings
