Contribuisci feedbackOne of the worst restaurant experiences in canton. constantly behind orders for pickup, often over 30 minutes. even just over $14 for a bowl with double meat ordered by the app to come home, open it up and literally have no meat on the bowl. also ordered fajitas, but they weren't there, but that's normal here. And the black and pinto beans I didn't want were both there. used to be a great facility, and I love the company of chipotle, but this load is a catastrophe. they are better off to another location or visit one of the other half dozen Mexican restaurants in canton that care about their customers and I am sure would appreciate the business.
I ordered three chicken tacos with extra chicken. tacos came without additional huh. you should avoid buying from this place. hopefully they learn and improve.
Consistently a poor quality Chipotle location. I have ordered to take them at this place many paintings in the last year, as I love chipotle and it is the only in canton. I don't think I've ever had a proper order and a few times it was pretty bad. Today I decided to go in instead of ordering online to make sure I get what I want. after ten minutes waiting time without any employee interaction. a worker screamed and said they take not only orders online. not the end of the world, but ten minutes with other customers standing there, where the employees look at us all 30 seconds, they would think someone would mention that earlier or put a sigh. I'll eat the next time somewhere else.
I would like to begin to say that we went in and were immediately frustrated by the line, but it went quite fast. the staff was joking and so friendly and friendly. they had a great crew tonight. they all wanted to give them a scream. I noticed that they were short occupied and even saw that one of the workers felt defeated and breathed deep when more people entered, but again when it was our time to order, he was playful with me and man. the young lady who looked at us was playful and friendly, the young lady who was cooking and preparing was also there! I wasn't long in this place because it seemed like every time we went in, they were out of something and rude. That's why I give the crew a scream tonight! I hope that someone looks higher this, they deserve recognition for doing it well and to restore our faith. kudos to all of you, let no one steal their joy!
Picked a burrito today , rice and beans were half cooked.. They were out of fajitas, white rice and Avacodo 3 hours before closing.Store was messy, cutlery area was empty and stuff was rude. All this when store wasn’t busy and I was the second person in line..I did customer experience survey before at chipotle website but they don’t care..Will never go there again..
