Mcdonald's - Canton

I waited for more than 20 minutes for my order that I placed using their app. I will never choose the park and wait option again. I recommend using the drive-thru to ensure your order is ready or else the line will not move.

I want to give credit to our local McDonald's near us for stepping up and making orders right. I also appreciate how my positive kind attitude is reflected here. :

They?re in the same plaza as Chick-fil-A and can?t even open the dining room at 8 o?clock in the morning. Not only is it getting more expensive, the service is pretty miserable, and the drive-through lines are long and slow, but now they can?t even open therestaurant.

The service at this restaurant is generally friendly, but it can vary depending on the staff working that day. However, it is never rude. Orders are usually correct, although there may be occasional mistakes, which are promptly fixed. The drive-thru operates efficiently, despite potential delays due to short staffing. Overall, the staff does a commendable job of keeping things moving swiftly.

I usually don't write reviews, but I was really impressed with the McDonald's I visited today. One of the workers, named Julia, was incredibly sweet. The food was also very fresh.
