Cashiere saw me during my mother ordered, then I asked if this is all if I didn't even order yet. the prices are false, better buy a full sandwich than a half. manager tried to explain to me that combos were only for grilled cheese and tomato soup. we were also charged another $3 for a medium drink. they also gave us the wrong sandwich after we had repeated what we ordered.
Sat today to panera and ordered 2 cinnamon crunch bagels not cut or roasted. I came home and had neither crumbled upon them. therefore I have not cut them into slices or roasted so that it does not get out.
They are usually so under servants that the only way to use is on the kiosk. coffee is self-service and container is empty so that they go to jagd after a worker to replace the container. just reason I'm going here is for the coffee that's unlimited when bought over her program.
Why has every panera gone to dogedoo doo customer service? fix their management structure. they choose absolutely terrible administration in every business. this was earlier the place to be, and now I break in every panera over the state. Great job! go on what they do, because their employees seem nothing but frustrated and simply start with nothing but negativity. everyone who works here hates it, I have heard nothing but bad stories of several people who have experienced the gloomy terrible “Panera” brot experience. fix their company. they literally try to stop me from getting food by intimidating me how long it will be, they are trying to talk out to make no more food. I ordered only 4 bowls suppe and it took almost 30 minutes to an hour. what is in order, I am really not waiting for, it is only the fact that they do not want me to order because they have been supported by terrible management or whatever their only problem is.
I would give them negative stars if I could. Waited in line for 15 minutes so (prior to ordering anything)we placed a rapid pick up order. We finally pull up and let them know, we tell the employee she shrugs her shoulders and says great how awesome you did that and roller her eyes. Then they proceeded to tell us they can hand us our food in the drive thru line and need to wait in side just for us to pick up the same bag. Will never go back to this Panera ?
