The Roman veggie breakfast was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning. The service was good too. This was my experience eight months ago. However, I've been back several times since then and the food has consistently rated around 8.5/10. Unfortunately, we've had the same server, Phyllis, on several occasions, and her service has been quite disappointing. She seems a bit careless and tends to forget things, plus she doesn’t acknowledge the generous tips we leave. I think it might be best for her to take some time off.

Great service and excellent food! I had a country omelet with gravy, and it's tough to find good gravy, but they really nailed it here.

If you're a fan of biscuits and gravy, this restaurant might not be the best choice for you. The prices are also quite steep. I suggest steering clear if you're not specifically in search of breakfast items.

I found a significant amount of hair in my food a while back, and when I brought it to the owner's attention, they insisted that I still had to pay for the food we had eaten. Paying for food that has hair in it? Unbelievable! I would give this place zero stars.

Terrible customer service! I ordered two breakfast meals, both of which came with hash browns. When my son went in to ask for more ketchup packets because they only provided enough for one meal, the cook told the waitress not to give us any more since we had already received some. This is completely unacceptable and disappointing. As a paying customer, I need condiments to enjoy my meal. This was my first and LAST visit to this restaurant.
